A part-time, mixed age enrichment program for ages 9-12 rooted in Waldorf values. We emphasize skill-building through hands-on academics, meaningful art, and connection with the natural world.

Subjects covered: Language Arts, Mathematics, History, Science, Spanish, Fine Arts.

Children’s Handwork

Crochet & Hand Sewing

Children will bring patterns and projects from home to work on and also receive materials and direction in one project per month. We will begin with crochet. Child must have a beginner knowledge of crochet to join.

Ages 10 +

One Saturday per month at Heartwood Arts Collective 9-12 PM

Do you have textiles that could use some new life? Bring us your light colored cotton/wool/linen/silk clothing, cloth napkins, pillow cases etc and we will hand dye them in the colors of the month and return them to you!
